- - PRIOR TO RENTING A KAYAK, A SIGNED RELEASE WAIVER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PERSONS WHO WILL BE PADDLING OUR KAYAKS.
- - T.I. ADVENTURES ONLY RENTS TOURING KAYAKS TO COMPETENT PADDLERS WHO HAVE RECIVED SUITABLE INSTRUCTION IN PADDLING SAFETY AND OPEN WATER RESCUES. THIS DOESN’T APPLY TO RENTAL OF SIT-ON-TOP KAYAKS.
- - RENTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE OF ANY EQUIPMENT DAMAGED OR LOST. VISA OR MASTERCHARGE IS REQUIRED FOR KAYAK RENTAL DAMAGE DEPOSIT, AND IMPRINT OF CARD

We require a $50 deposit per kayak for multi-day rentals. If you cancel your reservation for any kayak less than 30 days before the rental date, you will forfeit your $50 deposit. Day and 1/2 day rentals must be paid in full at the time of the reservation. If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your day or 1/2 day, you will forfeit your payment.
