You will be able to know if we are available to answer you immediately by our status that we post, such as : “Helping a customer!”, “Cleaning up the shop!” or “Available!”. We hope to hear from you!

Boy do I feel old if I need a tutorial on this.
The name is an AOL instant messenger name. I’m not sure but I think you can send us a message through your Yahoo instant messenger. I’ll give you a lesson sometime
